Working principle
Microwave heating: Multiple groups of water-cooled industrial magnetrons emit microwaves to penetrate the material to achieve volumetric heating and simultaneous temperature rise inside and outside, completely solving the problems of traditional kilns with "burning outside and burning inside", large temperature differences, and uneven sintering.
Push plate transportation: Hydraulic/mechanical push rod drives the high temperature resistant corundum-mullite push plate, and the material saggar carries the material continuously through the preheating zone → high temperature sintering zone → slow cooling zone → discharge zone, fully automatic and stable operation.
Atmosphere and temperature control: supports various atmospheres such as air, weak oxidation, nitrogen, inert gas, etc.; multi-temperature zone independent PID+PLC program control, infrared + thermocouple dual temperature measurement, temperature control accuracy ±5~10℃, maximum temperature up to 1650℃.
2. Core structure (modular customization)
Furnace body: stainless steel shell + high-purity alumina fiber insulation, three-section design, total length 6–20m, customizable.
Microwave system: 30-150kW power adjustable, multiple upper and lower ports evenly feed energy, uniform temperature field; magnetron water-cooling has long life (≥8000h).
Push plate and guide rail: The push plate/sagger is made of corundum-mullite (resistant to 1700°C); the bottom guide rail is made of 95 corundum, which is wear-resistant, low friction and has a long life.
Transmission system: hydraulic/servo push rod, speed adjustable from 0.5–3m/h, smooth operation and large thrust.
Cooling system: slow cooling + water cooling + air cooling, the discharge temperature at the end of the kiln is ≤80℃**, and can be packaged directly.
Electrical control: PLC + touch screen, programmable process curve; equipped with multiple protections for over-temperature, over-current, water leakage, and microwave leakage, and can be remotely monitored.
