Working principle
Heating method: Using multiple sets of industrial water-cooled magnetrons (2.45GHz), microwaves penetrate the material, volume heating, and simultaneous heating of the inside and outside to avoid the temperature difference defect of traditional kilns that are "cooked on the outside and burnt on the inside".
Conveying system: The high-temperature-resistant high-aluminum ceramic rollers rotate continuously, driving the green body from the kiln head → preheating section → sintering section → cooling section → kiln end, and the entire process is automated and continuous.
Atmosphere and temperature control: air/weak oxidizing atmosphere, independent PID temperature control in multiple temperature zones, temperature difference ≤±5°C; alumina sintering is commonly used at 1500–1650°C, and clay bricks at 950–1100°C.
2. Core structure (customized and modular)
Furnace body: full stainless steel shell + high-purity alumina fiber lining, good thermal insulation and low heat dissipation; divided into three sections: preheating, high-temperature sintering, and cooling. The length is 12-36m and can be customized.
Microwave system:
Power: 30–300kW (configured on demand);
Magnetron: water-cooled, long-life industrial grade, single tube 1.5–5kW;
Feeding energy: Evenly fed into the upper and lower ports, the temperature field is uniform.
Roller conveyor:
Roller rod: high-temperature section corundum porcelain roller (resistant to 1700°C), low-temperature section heat-resistant alloy steel;
Transmission: variable frequency motor + chain, adjustable speed (0.5–5m/h);
Load-bearing: Single roller can bear 5-20kg, suitable for large clay bricks/alumina bricks.
Temperature control and electrical:
Temperature control: 12-24 zones independent temperature control, PLC + touch screen, programmable curve;
Monitoring: infrared temperature measurement + thermocouple dual control, over-temperature/phase loss/water leakage alarm;
Automation: automatic loading, discharging, fault self-diagnosis, and remote monitoring.
Cooling system:
Slow cooling: prevent cracking of alumina/clay bricks;
Water cooling + air cooling combination, kiln tail temperature ≤80℃, can be packaged directly.

4. Core advantages (compared to traditional gas/resistance roller kiln)
Extreme energy saving: Microwave directly heats materials without heat storage loss, reducing energy consumption by 50%-60%, significantly reducing the production cost of alumina and clay bricks.
Excellent product performance: synchronous heating inside and outside, uniform grains, high density, and strength increased by 10%-15%; clay bricks have no black core, less deformation, and the yield rate is ≥98%.
High efficiency and high production: the sintering cycle is shortened by 30%–50% (alumina from 24h→8–12h), continuous operation, and the annual production capacity can reach 5,000–15,000 tons.
Green and environmentally friendly: no gas exhaust, no nitrogen oxide emissions, noise ≤75dB, in line with environmental protection requirements.
Low operation and maintenance costs: no combustion system, no nozzle clogging, magnetron life ≥ 8000h, simple maintenance and few spare parts.
5. Typical applications
Alumina products: 95/99 alumina ceramics, corundum bricks, wear-resistant linings, crucibles, alumina hollow ball bricks.
Clay bricks/refractory bricks: ordinary clay bricks, high alumina clay bricks, insulation bricks, antique bricks, permeable bricks.
Others: high-temperature sintering of ceramic powder, catalyst carrier, molecular sieve, foam ceramics, etc.
